We purchased an apartment through Algarve Property in March 2016. Carlos Lopes is a fantastic agent who went above and beyond our expectations in terms of helping us choose the right property and supporting us after the sale. He would give us important information about the properties he took us to see and then quietly stood by while we looked round and made our own observations. He was happy to take us back to view the property we eventually purchased three times! We first met Carlos Lopes on an initial, fleeting visit to Vilamoura when we still knew nothing about the area, or the area where we wanted to purchase a house. Six months later when we had narrowed out search to Vilamoura we stopped by Algarve Property again and had a long chat with Carlos, who remembered us despite the time that had elapsed. Having visited every agency in Vilamoura and the surrounding area, we narrowed our choice to 2 agencies, AP being one of them. Once we gave Carlos our parameters (and we knew exactly what we wanted) he set up viewings and not once did he deviate or try to sell us a property that strayed from our specifications.
Carlos went above and beyond the call of duty and was always available for our various questions and concerns (and there were a lot) which he handled with the utmost professionalism. We were so pleased with his services that if we happened by a property which had a “FOR SALE” sign from another agency, we told Carlos about it and he within hours he was able to give us details about the property and arrange a viewing if we so desired.
